Some fortunate few are brought into this world exuding the "It" factor. There is no doubt that Scarlett Mitchell is one of those lucky few, and those around her took notice at an early age. Scarlett has been richly blessed with intelligence, beauty, and a voice like no other along with the desire and determination to reach her dreams. As a singer/songwriter she will certainly leave her mark on Nashville and country music.

Born and raised near Paducah, Scarlett grew up around what most Kentucky girls do, country music and horses. She spent her free time performing when possible and riding her beloved quarterhorse Dixie. But after her brother's first deployment for Enduring Freedom, Scarlett realized life is short and to chase your dreams while you have the chance. So the horses were sold, and she headed to Nashville to hone her skills.

In the past year Scarlett has been hard at work on songwriting and performing at local writer's nights and special events. Preparing demos of her original music and working with local songwriters has brought her even closer to her goal. It is only just a matter of time before the whole world knows that Scarlett Mitchell is a star.
